Companies in general have away of making things run in order whether the management is around or not. This creates employee responsibility in performing their duties without supervision all the time. In a company like Paypal, things are run in a way that if you are found on the wrong side of their laws, they have no other alternative but to terminate your services and throw you out of their company. This has ensured quality services to clients and made them hardworking in a way, and paypal broken laws are still standing high. Operations can not be carried out if things are not on the right track, and there is nothing that the manager appreciates like smooth flow of work in his company. If you want to work with paypal in the future, you better teach yourself how to operate without supervision and keep your work up to date before the manger notices that you are not working. It is good for companies to set their own laws so that they can keep their workers in line when serving their customers.
