Those who know how to use and maintain it will experience the many benefits that this device can give them. There is also a problem with usb because not all people know about its use and operation. This device requires a lot of maintenance for it to last for long and it is also very expensive in that few people can afford it. For this reason many people are using other devices such as diskettes because they are cheaper. This device also requires training for those who will want to experience its use and benefits because only technology gurus and who are apt with technological changes will be able to use it. This training can be quite expensive and time consuming considering many people have tight schedules. Despite the problems associated with this device, the benefits will always outdo the demerits and so people should always make use of this device in their offices and their work load will be greatly reduced.
