All of us at one time we have been encountered with a financial need that has prompted us to seek financial help from our government. Our government is always ready for these requests that is why it always sets aside some money as grants and loans for the sake of the needy citizens. Those who are extremely need and the government feels that they cannot be able to repay loans are considered for grants. These grants do not have a repayment period attached on them or even interests. The grants are mainly issued out to the low income earners or the middle income earners who are undergoing difficult financial times in their lives. Government loans on the other hand are issued out to those who are in a position to repay the loan after a certain period of time. These are mainly for the rich and middle income earners who want to take care of a single matter in their lives. These loans do not have an interest charged on them,. The only requirement is for the loaned to be able to repay the full amount by the end of the period they have agreed.
